I am a positive person but I get really tired of aggressive optimism. If someone’s sad, let them be sad. All emotions have purpose. Sadness isn’t destructive if not prolonged. Sadness isn’t unproductive, as it offers awareness. Telling someone to “cheer up” or “be happy” is so ineffective and patronizing. The last thing a sad person needs is for someone to judge their feelings as pointless and unappealing. Welcome sadness, just don’t let it consume you.
On January 8, 2013, I realized that being an unhealthy weight of 227 pounds (on top) was not something I wanted. Today, on January 8, 2014, I weigh 151 pounds (on bottom). Posting these images was not something I had in mind, but I owe a lot of my progress to the blogs I have read and been motivated by. It would be so nice if someone saw this and realized that it is possible.

Strawberry banana smoothie (1 cup strawberries, 1/2 banana, 2 hair and nail supplement pills, 1 spoon fiber, 2 1/2 spoons chobani plain yogurt, 2 packets equal)
1 Nature Valley Greek yogurt protein bar
Turkey & Cheese Sandwich (2 shaved slices of Turkey pastrami, 1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese, 1/2 teaspoon mustard on whole wheat bread)
Handful of Stacy’s Pita Chips
1 wheel Babybel light cheese
Handful of Stacy’s Pita Chips with a dollop of hummus
Handful of flamming hot cheetos
There’s a lot of posts about how most fitspo pictures are extremely photoshopped, and I think it’s great that people are spreading the word on that. But can we also talk about how the models are usually posing in ways that are just uncomfortable and unrealistic for real life? This applies to regular peoples’ progress photos and before/afters as well. Now, I totally understand standing in a flattering pose—it’s normal to want to look your best, and I do the same. But when you look at other people’s photos, remember that they don’t look like that all the time. In the top left photo, as well as the one right below it where I’m sitting, I’m sucking in and flexing as hard as I can. I’m not even breathing. Um, who walks around like that all day? No one. A picture only captures a moment. Not reality. The photos on the right, and the bottom three pictures? That’s reality for me. And it’s way more comfortable. The end.

Decided to post everything I eat in a day to hold myself accountable!
1 Nature Valley Greek Yogurt protein granola bar
1 Nature Valley Peanut Butter Chocolate protein granola bar
Turkey Pastrami (2 shaved slices) and Pepper Jack Cheese (1 thin slice) Sandwich with mustard
Handful of Stacy’s Pita chips with just a little dollop of hummus
Homemade Chicken fajitas (6 small strips white chicken breast with 1/4 green bell pepper and sliced white onions on 1 wheat tortilla)
Less than a handful of Stacy’s Pita chips
1 slice bread with 1 spoon of honey roasted peanut butter and 1/2 teaspoon of raw natural honey
Drank 9 cups of water with cucumber in it too!
Need y’alls opinion, does it sound good enough? Was the peanut butter with honey too much should I skip that tomorrow?

Wholegrain pizza base
low fat cottage cheese ( weight watchers one is great which you can buy at Woolworths or Coles or most australian supermarkets)
you can also use low fat cheese and white cheese (goats cheese) is also one of my favourites that i love to use.
other then these ingredients you may use any other type that you like such as vegetables and meats.
as a meat i love using chicken but if you want to even go for a seafood option this is also possible but i don’t like mixing to much vegetables with seafood.
after apply lemon or coconut oil !
